a 24 hour cancellation notice
- There
is a $25 fee on all returned checks
- Children
are always welcome at Simplicity, however,
they must be supervised at all times.
- Due
to State Board Regulations, children are never
permitted in the color area.
- It
is the policy of Simplicity Salon and
Spa that all client requests for changes
to hair color performed at Simplicity
must be made within 5 days of initial
color service. These changes will be made
at no cost to the client; however, any
requests for changes after 5 days of service
may result in cost to the client.
- No cash refunds are given
on retail or gift certificates
